If our delivery partner misses an item within the order, Cookin will reach out to the customer to resolve the issue, you will be compensated for the entire order. Please ensure that if you are packaging orders in multiple bags, the bags are numbered for reference (i.e., 1 of 2, 2 of 2) to minimize confusion for both you and the driver.
